By engaging with IncognitoArts, you agree to the following terms:
- Creative Ownership
All commissioned works remain the intellectual property of IncognitoArts unless a full buyout agreement is made in writing. Clients receive a commercial usage license unless stated otherwise. - Confidentiality & Anonymity
We respect your privacy and expect the same. All collaborations are kept confidential. Artists remain unnamed unless they choose to reveal their identity post-project. - Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% deposit upfront. Remaining balance is due upon final delivery. We accept cryptocurrency, PayPal, and bank transfer. - Revisions
Each project includes up to 2 free rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra costs. - Refunds & Cancellations
Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested in writing. - File Delivery
Final files are delivered in high-resolution formats suitable for both web and print. We provide secure download links with expiration for privacy. - Usage Restrictions
You may not resell or modify the commissioned work without prior written consent unless ownership has been transferred explicitly.
